At The Grand Pilates Studio, our method is designed to challenge, tone, and shape your body without adding stress. While we offer a few beginner classes each week, most of our sessions follow our signature Reform Class – led by expert instructors who skillfully guide all levels. Each exercise begins with a foundational move, and our instructors add progressive layers for those looking for an extra challenge.

Expect a dynamic class experience with plenty of variety! We love incorporating props, so you might find yourself working with a ball, magic circle, box, or hand weights to keep things fresh and engaging.

Reformer Private Sessions

Our Reformer Private Sessions are ideal for those seeking personalized instruction, recovering from an injury, or looking for a slower, more intentional pace. These one-on-one sessions allow your instructor to tailor each workout to your individual goals, needs, and experience level.

During your session, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively use the reformer while working through foundational Pilates exercises that support strength, alignment, and mobility. Private sessions are a great option whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning after time away, or looking to refine your technique before joining group reformer classes.

Reformer FLOW – Our Signature Class

Our main signature class, Reformer FLOW, is a contemporary, athletic-based class designed to sculpt and tone. This class is all about challenging you – expect to feel that satisfying post-workout soreness! We want every client to leave knowing they truly pushed themselves.

Reformer FLOW is open to all levels, with options to modify or advance each move. Our expert instructors bring their unique creativity to every session, using props and spring variations to keep each class fresh and dynamic. No two classes are exactly the same, so you’ll always be excited for what’s next.
